Relax and enjoy a breath of fresh air at Alexandra Headland, Sunshine Coast 1hr north of Brisbane 2 hrs north of the Gold Coast.
This is a Beach style lifestyle apartment.
The Apartment is located 50 metres across from the patrolled Alexandra Headland Beach, and a short stroll to the Alexandra Headland Surf Club and Cafes.
Most afternoons people gather with their wine and blanket to watch the sunset from Pandanus Lookout directly across the road. You have direct ocean views across Alexandra Parade from the apartment.
It has become a "must do" most afternoons for locals and visitors to enjoy the sun setting whilst taking in the changing hues of The Coral Sea.
Watch the yachts as they sail by with their spinnakers taking in the breeze.
Bring your binoculars to find the whales (Seasonal) and dolphins in Alex Bay as you sip a Coffee or Wine on the balcony.
If you are a surfboard rider or just a beginner you can join our local Surfers at "The Bluff", just across the road to catch some sets, or just be happy watching the waves roll in as you laze away the day viewing this from the balcony.
The Apartment has 2 Bedrooms & 2 Bathrooms with a separateToilet.

Main Bathroom has a Bath, Shower, Vanity, Linen Closet also doubles as a Laundry with a 7kg Washing Machine, Clothes Dryer and Single Tub & full length mirror.
The Kitchen has a Smeg Microwave, Westinghouse Wall Oven, Induction Cooktop, Westinghouse Fridge and Bosch Dishwasher.
There is Crockery and Cutlery provided along with cooking requirements for Oven & Stove top.
Dining Room has a 6 seater rectangle Glasstop Table and 6 White Leather Chairs, and glass desk for your computer beside the Wifi (Tiled floor)
Lounge room has a 1 x oversize single Lounge Chair and a 1x3 seater Loungesuite, 110cm TEAC Flatscreen TV , Phillips Soundbar, Blue Ray DVD Player (Remotes) with access to Netflix & YouTube. (Carpeted). Security Grills (locked doors) onto the Balcony.
Both Living areas and Bedrooms all have Ceiling Fans and there is a Panasonic Reverse Cycle Aircon in the Living areas for your comfort.
For those of you that surf the net NBN WiFi is included.
There is also a Sony Music Player for you to plug your device into for your music requirements.
Provided with Linen, Pillows, Towels, Tea Towels and Floor Mats.
There is a Washing Line at the rear of the apartments & an Air Dryer Stand for small items on the side Balcony.
The apartment has external Glass Security Doors that are key locked providing security.
There is a large Weber BBQ on the side balcony for a cooked Brekky or Dinner.
The Balcony has a Glass 6 Seater Table with 6 Chairs.
There is Bus transport for the Sunshine Coast at your door.

Each and every morning and afternoon you will see Surfers eagerly checking out the swell in the hope of the perfect point break.
Enjoy the walking path that stretches from Maroochydore to Mooloolaba along the foreshore of Alex. Not only is it beautiful in scenery, there are plenty of friendly smiles to give a friendly "Morning" or "Afternoon" along the way.
There is an abundance of Cafes, Bars, and local shops and Restaurants stretching along the Esplanade. With a picture perfect beachfront vibe, who wouldn't enjoy a beach holiday along the front.
