when you decide to eat in. Complete with Smeg appliances and Breville coffee
machine means nowaiting in lines at the coffee shop for your morning brew.
Multiple living areas across the spacious house gives everyone room to relax. The
large elevated deck with plush outdoor sofas and a family-sized BBQ is the perfect
spot to soak in the panoramic sunset views over Pippi Beach and the surrounding
national park. Spend your afternoons lounging on the back deck, grilling fresh local
seafood and enjoying the sunset with friends and family.

Guest Access:
Access the property whenever suits you with a lock box located on the premises.
There is an undercover carport space for your vehicle or boat and additional space
for one vehicle to park behind in tandem in the driveway. Link St is a quiet street with
plenty of free and unlimited additional on street parking.
The Neighborhood:
Sunset House is located in the centre of what the locals refer to as 'The Hill'. It's walking distance to all Yamba's five beaches, the golf course and the vibrant centre of town.
Getting Around:
Once you park your vehicle there will be little need to take it out again. Sunset House is approximately a 450m walk to Main Beach and 700m to the Pacific Hotel. It's a 650m walk to the centre of Town.
Other Things to Note:
- Strictly no smoking, vaping, parties, no hens or bucks parties, no loud music, or school leavers
- No pets on beds or furniture. Any pet-related issues (e.g. linen soiling, lounge or carpet cleaning or resurfacing timber floors) will be charged to the guests at cost
