The Space:
An entrance hallway leads you into a spacious open-plan living/dining area with floorboards throughout, a 6 person dining table, comfy L-shaped sofa, large ’smart’ TV and dedicated bar. The kitchen area has tiled flooring and offers plenty of bench space, a breakfast bar with 4 stools, Fisher & Paykel dishwasher, 4-burner electric cooktop, under-bench oven and microwave. Floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors take you from the living area to a balcony which wraps around half of the apartment, providing a magnificent view of the Gold Coast, including ocean views on both sides.
There are 2 bedrooms, both carpeted, with ceiling fans, block-out curtains and expansive views of the Gold Coast and the ocean. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom with a roomy shower recess, while the 2nd bedroom comes with a king size bed. The apartment’s main bathroom has floor-to-ceiling tiling, a large shower recess and separate bath tub. There’s also a laundry room with washing machine and separate dryer.
The Aquarius building itself provides a host of enjoyable amenities, including outdoor and indoor heated swimming pools, a children’s wading pool and playground, 2 indoor heated spas, sauna and steam room, tennis courts, a squash court, barbecue entertainment areas and a fitness room.

Getting Around:
The apartment comes with an undercover security parking space, but if you prefer public transport, there’s a bus stop a minute’s walk from the building with bus services taking you into Surfers Parade in one direction and Broadbeach on the other.
