Be salty and carefree when you stay at Surfside Escape – a relaxed beach house, an 8-minute walk to a salty dip at Gnarabup Beach or delicious breakfast at White Elephant Cafe. It is also at the doorstep of world-class surf breaks. An older home, styled with a modern and beachy touch. With a cozy fireplace for winter and a spacious backyard to enjoy in Summer, it's a carefree beach house for you to kick your feet up in!
The home’s main open-plan living space connects to a divine outdoor alfresco area, with ample space in the backyard for kids or pets to run around. With no neighbors opposite the house, you get the feel of being nestled into a quiet and friendly bushland neighborhood. Configured perfectly for a family or 3 couples with a king master ensuite, a queen bedroom, and a "kids' room" with a double bunk and adjoining bathroom. Please bear in mind the master ensuite has a shower however the toilet is separate, and between the two bedrooms. The property has tiled stairs to access the living areas so please bear this in mind in terms of accessibility and suitability for babies etc. We have one baby gate for use in the queen bedroom which can be attached to the entryway at the top of the stairs for safety when bringing infants.
The whole home.
We provide a basic courtesy pack of amenities including a number of dishwashing tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, coffee pods, tea and sugar. For longer stays and for any other required kitchen amenities, we recommend guests bring their own to ensure they have everything they need for their stay. If anything urgent is required for basic cooking, the Prevelly General Store is down the road. For guests wishing to use the fireplace, they are required to purchase their own firewood. A Nespresso coffee machine is available during the stay.
Functions
Shire regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue eg. for a wedding or party. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced, may be closed down immediately.
Guest’s Property
All personal belongings, baggage, vehicles and other property of the Guest of any description shall be the risk of the Guest at all times and neither the Booking Agent nor the Owner accepts any responsibility for any loss or damage thereto.
Amenities
We provide a small amount of coffee pods, tea, dishwashing tablets and a chux and tea towel. Any other kitchen items you may need, need to be provided by the guest, especially for longer stays.
Linen and towels
Linen and towels are provided as a courtesy and included in your stay.

The Guest acknowledges that the owner has used its best endeavours to describe the Property to the Guest within the extent of the communications between the Guest and the Owner and the Owner shall not be liable to the Guest in any respect should the Guest consider the Property to be unsuitable for any reason whatsoever.
Pet Bookings: Terms and Conditions
1. Confirmation of a booking and payment of an extra $30 pet fee means acceptance of the terms below.
An additional pet fee will be applied at the time of booking.

Pets are to be kept under control within the property.
Pets must not be left unsupervised at the property at any time. Property neighbours may call the local ranger if the dog is barking.
The Guest is responsible for any damage caused by pets, inside or outside the property. If extra cleaning is required, this will be payable by the guest.
Pets are not permitted on the furniture at any time. Charges will apply for cleaning of furniture/ bedding where applicable.
puppies under the age of 2 are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances and a fee will be charged if a puppy is brought.
Pets that are allowed inside should be cleaned and fully dried off before being allowed to enter the property.
Guests agree to bring their own pet bedding, food bowls and other pet items to the property as these items will not be available at the property.
Guests must dispose of pet faeces.
Property Owners will not accept responsibility for pet safety nor can we guarantee the suitability of the property for the dog you are bringing.
Noise and neighbours
The property is located in a beautiful, quiet suburb, and as such there are surrounding neighbours. Ensuring neighbours are not disturbed is important. There is to be no outdoor music or outdoor entertaining after 11 pm. Noise complaints will result in possible eviction.
Extra cleaning fees
Please make sure to wash up and pack away dishes and leave all furniture as it was found to make sure it is ready for the cleaners and there is no extra charge applied for deep cleaning. If the cleaners advise on extra costs we will charge this to the guest.
