Summary: We booked our stay and received a confirmation email so we thought we were confirmed. We arrived at 3:30 pm ready for our check in at 4:00 pm and we hadn’t received our check in details. We called and the attendant was very kind and patient and shared that we had to do another confirmed and pay a deposit. We filled out the information and paid and we were told we would receive the details at 4:00 pm 4:15 and then the details still hadn’t come in. Once we checked in the hotel was okay
