Positive: in walking distance to the Town Center, new appartement, very modern, washing machine, tumbler, dishwasher

Negative: Because on the first floor facing the inner courtyard hardly any daylight. The apartment was only superficially cleaned, lots of dust and lime stains. The cleaning fee of AUD 71 was not worth it.
