Positive: The hotel room is like a tropical oasis : pretty, clean and cozy. Excellent customer service from Agung. Thank you for letting me check in early and upgrading my room to one with a courtyard. Agung is very attentive and kind. So is the rest of the reception team and staff. Very pleasant hotel stay.
