Summary: A lovely hotel in a beautiful location with excellent staff and facilities. Unfortunately waterfall cafe area shown on website is broken and closed and repair works going on during the day is very noisy, so was impossible to relax at hotel. Would have been good to have been notified beforehand or even upon arrival so we could plan ahead. We were offered free trips outside hotel, which was nice but our goal was to relax at the 10/10 Expedia hotel we had booked. Staff were very good, food was great, service was excellent. Only let down was the noise which the team could do nothing about, even though even though works were on their own hotel, which was a shame given they could have communicated and planned better.
