The cottage is located in a gated subdivision in the heart of Pickwick, only minutes to restaurants, Sportsman's, Grand Harbor Mariana, 5 minutes to Pickwick State Park, & a golf course.
Contractors: We are very close to the power company & paper mill.
Water lovers: We are less than 5 mins to Pickwick Lake, boat ramp, & marina! We are boat friendly with a spot to park your boat!
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This house is in a quiet gated subdivision that is in the heart of Pickwick, minutes from the marinas, golf course, state park, and restaurants.
There is a gravel pad that has enough room for two vehicles. In the grass there is an abundant amount of room to park your boat(s). The home is equipped with everything you might need. With Wi-Fi & cable on all TVs! This is a quiet family-friendly house and neighborhood. There is a gated pool next to the property, however is not available to renters.
Bedrooms:
- Bedroom One -
It has a queen bed and walk-in closet. There are blackout curtains.
There is a smart TV in this room with cable connected.
The full bathroom is right down the hall.
- Bedroom Two -
The second bedroom is directly upstairs, and it has a twin bed and two full beds. There are blackout curtains on the one window for a good night’s sleep.
It has a full bathroom attached to the room.
Living room:
There is a sleeper sofa in the den and multiple chairs for sitting.
There is a Roku TV that has a DVD player and videos available. We have WiFi so you will be able to log on to your streaming accounts and watch your desired streaming service. Please note that Wi-Fi can run slower during peak times.
There are board games and cards in the brown hutch!
Bathrooms:
There are two full sized bathrooms. One is located upstairs, and one is located downstairs. They both are stocked with premium toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, wash cloths, and hand towels. There is a hair dryer available in the downstairs bathroom.

There is a coffee bar with a regular coffee pot and Keurig coffee maker duo.
There is a glass kettle to make yourself a hot tea with. There is coffee and tea available.

It has a sit in table that seats 6.
Two outdoor spaces:
Home boasts a large covered deck, back yard, and fire pit. There is a charcoal grill. For outdoor fun, we have the Ladder Toss lawn game, Large tower to Jenga game, and a 3-foot giant connect four game available for you to enjoy. There is a smaller deck off the front of the house.
Pets:
Pets welcome, but we charge a pet fee of $50 per pet (max of 2 pets); pets must be well-behaved and dogs must be crated when you are not with them. Guests are asked to pick up "messes" both inside and outside. The backyard is not fenced in, and the ask is to leash your pet while outside. The security deposit not only covers any potential damage from guests but also their pets (Message us if you are considering bringing your pets).
