Whether you are into mountain biking, dirt biking, ATVs, hiking, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, or all of the above, this property has an outdoor adventure waiting for you. Bring your equipment and have fun exploring and playing during all four Maine seasons. At the end of your day, relax in the newly updated home that can accommodate up to 10 guests.
The space
The highlight of this property is 40 acres of private land complete with beautiful landscapes and trails for all types of outdoor enthusiasts. This property also connects directly to Leeds town trails which connect to Maine's Interconnected Trail System (ITS). Trail maps can be found on the Maine Snowmobile Association website.
The home on the property has been recently updated with all new flooring in the bedrooms and living room, fresh paint, new appliances, furniture, and fixtures. Three bedrooms (two on the main floor and one upstairs) each feature a spacious room with a queen size bed. A fourth bedroom upstairs has two twin beds and a bunk bed with twin bed on top and full-size bed on the bottom. Both bathrooms include a shower and tub and are on the main floor. One bathroom is attached to the master. The other has dual access from the second bedroom on the main floor and kitchen/mud room.
The main floor features a spacious kitchen, 8-10 seater dining room, and living room with an open floor plan perfect for gathering and relaxing after a long day on the trails.
TV is equipped with streaming options and home is equipped with satellite internet, however, speeds and availability can vary due to the weather. Typical speeds are approx. 1 MB .
There is also an unfinished basement that includes a washing machine and dryer for guest use.
Other things to note
Guests must bring their own recreational equipment as there is no equipment provided with this home. Use of the land and any recreational equipment you bring with you is at your own risk.
