Living Room with high-quality leather sofa has 50" flat screen TV (with 200 HD channels, DVR), glowing gas fireplace for cool nights and lovely large windows for light and view, with modern easy-to-use cellular blinds. Now has new comfy chair in corner by window (not shown in photos), excellent for reading and watching hummingbirds.
Patio overlooking fairway with RB's best views over valley and granite-topped mountains beyond. (Binoculars provided!) Ocean-blue mosaic-tile bistro tables and gas grill for delicious outdoor dining. Steep, wooded slope to golf course below, so please be careful if small children could be visiting.
Master bedroom has new king bed in 2018 with deep comfort-topper mattress. Guest bedroom set up as office with beautiful antique desks and single daybed. Easy bathroom access from each bedroom, large closets with organizers. Comfortable chair in corner of each room for reading (not shown in photo).
Master bathroom got custom walk-in shower in 2017, beautifully tiled with corner seat and high-quality "hans grohe" fixtures, including both rainfall overhead and hand-held shower. Both bathrooms have comfort-height toilets and easy-to-reach grab bars for safety. Shampoo, soap, hair-dryer, and more supplied.
Master Bedroom has Casablanca ceiling fan and 32" HD flat-screen. Wake to views across trees & rooftops each morning; appreciate layers of stone-covered mountains in distance.
Garage is spacious, clean, two cars will be tight fit. Front-loading state-of-the-art full-size washer and dryer. Convenient utility sink for cleaning golf clubs and shoes. Plus, lots of things here to enjoy the beach, such as lightweight folding chairs, large tubs for ice, badminton, sand pails.
Pool and Spa, at end of cul-de-sac by mailboxes. Easy, peaceful walk, enjoy more views across the valley below. Tennis courts available in community park half-mile away, included for guests.

We operate the Tunnel Hill Winery and Sunshine Farm, overlooking beautiful Lake Chelan. We are busy during our lake's summertime tourist season, but in the winter are able to escape for a few weeks of sun and golf in San Diego.
