Located in a popular complex of just 8 units, this large 2 level town house is an ideal base for a family holiday. It has a double garage and is conveniently located, just a short walk to town for shops and restaurants or a 5 minute drive to the beach. On the top floor there is a spacious open plan living area and kitchen facing north to take advantage of the sea breeze and views. The upstairs balcony has gorgeous views and plenty of seating to enjoy a sundowner whilst gazing out to the Clyde River. BEDROOMS : Linen is included in the cleaning fee. This includes towels and bedding. The beds will be made up for your arrival. The huge master bedroom on the top floor has a king sized bed with a generous ensuite bathroom and walk in robe. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 singles. Both these bedrooms on the lower level have a large built in wardrobe with plenty of storage and hanging space. All three bedrooms face north with views to the Clyde river. BATHROOMS : There are two full bathrooms and a third toilet in the powder room. An ensuite compliments the master bedroom and a second bathroom on the lower level is adjacent to the other two bedrooms. There is a separate laundry with a washing machine located on the lower level. KITCHEN : A well-stocked kitchen is located upstairs with everything you will need to prepare a quick snack or full meal. PLEASE NOTE THIS PROPERTY IS STRICTLY NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES AND NO PETS.
