This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is very unique and comfortable and located in the close in WEST END within walking distance to everything you need, restaurants, bars, shopping, and town beach!!. Located on two floors with the kitchen, living room, main bedroom with private bath and a large outside terrace on the first floor. On the second floor are two bedrooms and another full bath. The second floor even has a private entrance!! Stereo system throughout the entire condo with controls for each room PLUS TV and CABLE (ROKU) in all bedrooms!
The location can not be beat. No need for a car!! You can walk to everything. Located in the west end we are very close to the boat slip and other bars and restaurants in town. Only one block from the water. Located between Commercial and Bradford and only one block to the coast guard station!
The is ONE parking space.
Add to that a large and very private terrace, you will feel like you are in a private space but just one block away and you can be in all the action!!!
