We give our current renters first opportunity to book their week for the following summer. Renters have one week after they check out to decide. We require a week long stay during the summer months.

Located on the northeast shore of Sunset Lake, you will enjoy the peace of a no-wake lake, yet you have easy access to a fast lake located adjacent to Sunset. With breathtaking views, hard sandy frontage perfect for swimming, and plenty of room for multiple families, you will enjoy the comfort of this well kept home. 2 kayaks, one paddle board, and one Maui Mat are included with rental. Pontoon boat on-site available for rent. 7 night minimum required during summer months (June-August) with Sunday to Sunday rental. Slightly higher rates apply for holiday weeks. 2 night minimum rest of season. Cleaning fee and a security deposit are required.
