Summary: Checked in extremely late and was tired from all the delays getting there. Walked in and he didn’t even confirm who I was and just said I owed money for the late checkout. I was extremely frustrated at this point and after arguing he didn’t even confirm who I was went to our room. 1 of the beds sounded like you would fall through every time you moved. The TV worked 1 night out of our 4 nights. Breakfast was awful, yogurt from machine tasted spoiled. Our late checkout was supposed to be at 2pm and we had the cleaning service knocking on our door at 11:10. 10min after the normal checkout time. Needless to say I paid for the late checkout for no reason because we left I didn’t want to deal with them continuing to knock asking when we were leaving.
