The space
Come in a big group, family or small group. Kitchen is fully functional with all amenities to cook, grill and make yourself at home. Including kettle for hot water, coffee maker, French press, instant pot, blender, mixer, waffle maker. Great home for long stays or just a weekend. Bedrooms are a great size to fit beds . You will love the amazing huge fenced in back yard with a 6 chair and patio table and a big umbrella. Enjoy Dunkin Donut Coffee and bird paradise. We have so many birds in our area. Make some sugar water for humming birds while you are here and put in feeder in the backyard. We have a 60" TV in living room. Master has 40" TV and 3rd bedroom has a 32" TV. With our fast fiber optic internet, streaming is not a problem.
Plenty of pillows for everyone, extra blankets in closets.
Baby crib is placed in the master closet that can be moved to any room.
Driveway can fit 5 cars.
Garage is not available for guest at this time.
We are located right next to the Woodlands and infront of the Woodlands with easy access to I45 and Grandparkway 99.
Airport is only 20 mins away, Downtown Houston is only 40 mins away.

We do have cameras outside only that are triggered and it records. We have a noise decibel monitor that will report to us. It is not a recording device just reads the decibel of noise.
This is a 50+ year old home. Everything works, although sometimes the water pipes might take a little longer to get hot water to the kitchen. The property has been freshly painted April 2023. All the flooring is tiled, no carpet. Tubs are a older models but they are working fine.
