Summary: All was clean except the refrigerator.
I'm not good at the paying on arrival system, but the clerk was good at securing a payment for us that was only a little more expensive.
Parking was right by our room, but the two steps at the room door turned out to be a challenge. AC / heating was good, but the TV was stuck on Nickelodeon, and the office was locked in the morning at check out.

Summary: Very very dirty. Just 2 towels and one tiny soap, no shampoo or conditioner. Towels and blankets stained, toilet seat in very bad conditions, bathroom extractor no worked, stink, coffee maker looks used and never washed, carpet never cleaned, no recommend. Very bad experience.

Summary: The lady at the front desk was nice & helpful. She did a great job getting us in a room.
The room was NOT good! Walls we're partially repaired & unpainted, no light above sink, smoke alarm dangling off wall,cobwebs around ceiling light, stains in toilet, no TV. No visable bugs though.

Summary: The rates was reasonable....the front desk was excellent... House Keeping I was not happy with..room wasn't clean, towels dirty, linen dirty..and I had items missing from my room .....

Summary: Saw at least ten palmetto bugs crawling behind the night stand (along with crumbs and trash). The good part is they refunded me my money as I went back to the front desk after only 9 minutes from checking in. Staff was very accomodating and respectful about it and that was nice.
