This unit is also pet friendly for dogs that are 25 lbs or less. Pet fee is $175.00. Sleeps up to 6 people comfortably. This unit is on the lower floor. There are about 5 steps to climb from the parking area. There is also a wheelchair ramp leading up to the unit door.
No BBQ grills allowed. No smoking allowed on property other than at the designated smoking area. Located at the side & base of the stairs. Per HOA
Master bedroom has a King bed which has views of the Beach, a private full bathroom with french door leading to the living area.
