The open plan living and kitchen area form the central hub of the home where entertaining is made easy with large sliding glass doors that link the inside living to the outside deck area. There are 4 generous sized bedrooms each with a King bed that can be split to form 2 singles opening up the bedding configuration possibilities for large singles groups and children. The master bedroom has an extra large ensuite with deep oval bath and double shower recess. Plantation Shutters control light and privacy to this glorious light filled space. There is another bath in the second bathroom, a shower and a fully equipped laundry – a must for those longer stays. A separate break out area off the western hallway has toys and a couch for the young ones to play while at the other end of the house is a massive walk in robe off the main bedroom that can double as a home away from home nursery for baby, complete with cot. Outside and to the rear of the house there is a large gas BBQ on the alfresco dining deck. Great for evening dinners and kangaroo watching under the stars. Heating/ cooling is via a ducted system into most rooms, allowing temperature control in both summer and winter.
