Positive: The property is by far an amazing house to stay at. We are very pleased with our stay by no means. I loved how spacious it was. We had 9 ppl and still had plenty of room. The design of the house is the cutest. The back yard view is amazing. We had plenty of games to choose from which was nice.

Negative: The windows in the living room not having curtains. Kind of felt like we was opened to people looking in. While we was at dinning table or even watching tv on the couch. Not having a rug by the front door when it rains or something tracked water all the way through living room. The exhaust fans in the bathroom not working. When someone went to the bathroom smell definitely goes throughout the house. Some rooms was colder then others. I know heat rises but upstairs got real hot as to the laundry room and back bedroom still felt really cold.

Summary: Definitely would be a nice stay in the summer .
