Shellharbour village is only a short 5 minute drive with great restaurants and cafes.
There is ample space with 2 living areas, both with TV's, a lovely back yard and outside entertaining area with BBQ and seating. Kitchen with everything you need, ducted aircon, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer in laundry with another shower and separate additional toilet. Nicely kept in a quiet neighborhood.
