Renovated four-bedroom house with heated swimming pool and big backyard.
Outdoor dining and covered entertainment area with BBQ and table tennis. The swimming pool is heated to 30 degrees which is essential in winter, and receives plenty of shade from the surrounding tropical palms in summer.
Large kitchen and open plan living and dining. WiFi and Netflix available. Ceiling fans and split system air-conditioners to all rooms, and louvers provide cross flow ventilation.
Plenty of activities to keep the kids busy including an outdoor playground.
The house has 2 bathrooms, one with bathtub and a separate toilet.
Guest access:
Guests will have exclusive use of the entire property, less cleaners cupboards.
Three bedrooms have queen sized beds, and the fourth bedroom contains a double bed with single bunk overhead and single trundle underneath.
Guests are to note that the main entrance to third bedroom is from the covered rear patio area (designed to operate as a separate bungalow if preferred). Alternatively, you can gain access from the two way shared ensuite.
The house is baby and child friendly, with the following available for use:
