No more than 3 vehicles. Limited street parking. Closest EV charging station is less than 2 minutes away. No pet policy due to owners allergies. The entire 1 acre property is gated, secure and private with spectacular views of mountains. Automated gate and smart lock on the main door allows you to have access to your space without any interaction. All codes and wi-fi passwords will be communicated on check-in day. The cleaning crew has very narrow window to clean for the next guest so we appreciate your promptness.
