The main level opens into a great room with spectacular lake views, leading to a massive veranda overlooking the pool and lake, complete with comfortable seating and a large dining table.
The dual gourmet kitchens are a chef's dream, with modern stainless steel appliances, a large island, and plenty of space for multiple cooks to work together. Each have their own fridge, microwave, stand-alone ice machine, and dishwasher. The main level bedrooms feature king beds, smart TVs, and luxurious bathrooms with dual vanities and walk-in showers. Downstairs, the lower level includes a hangout room with two smart TVs, a lower level kitchen, and access to the pool area. Two large bedrooms with king beds, bunk niches, and spacious bathrooms provide comfortable accommodations for guests.
Outside, guests can enjoy the large pool deck, hot tub with stunning sunset views, and a lighted walkway down to the lakeside patio. Four kayaks are provided for guests to explore the lake, and a neighborhood boat ramp and dock area offer convenient access to the water. Additionally, there is a 120-foot dock area for your boats and/ or personal watercraft.

There is convenient access to the main lake via a waterway that passes under a bridge with a 6-foot clearance above the water level. NOTE: Boats with a Bimini Top or Wake Tower will need to lower them to pass through.
