Positive: 1. The communication is absolutely amazing and covers all the essentials! The gate was still locked driving up but the message was answered in 30 seconds. The understanding, kindness and compassion of the owner was the best! 2. The house alone was WOW! You have 3 floors (basically) the bottom floor is an outside porch basically with everything that you could possibly think of from a bathroom, darts, sink, fridge, table, grill, fishing poles, ring on a string to lights everywhere and very well labeled! Kayaks, life jackets, coolers, lighters, propane and we haven’t even made it to the main floor. Main floor - the couch was comfortable! The windows were my favorite part because it was all water everywhere. Kitchen had EVERYTHING you want or need including a Keurig which was very convenient. Extra pillows, blankets, trash bags to shampoo, conditioner, a-tips! New fans everywhere and all on remotes. Lights galore and labeled easily. Talk about impressive things that you normally do not see in rentals! Top floor - more beds than you can count. Comfortable for rentals. Love the way the upstairs is set up! Lots of extra spots for people. Ac was impeccable and new. Again nice fans that you do not need to bring yours from home. We will absolutely be back! This was our favorite property ever!
