Summary: A cozy updated home with great views of the trees and the river. Lovely decor and colorful dishware are nice added touches. Detailed instructions made access and stay seamless. The location was perfect, set in the lush and majestic Redwoods, a short drive to Humboldt State Park, and small, quaint nearby towns and gift shops. If you're up for an adventurous ride, take the hour drive to Shelter Cove for stunning coastal scenery in a remote location on California's "Lost Coast". The Surf Point Coffee House serves up an excellent latte and homemade baked goods made fresh in-house daily, with a diverse menu of other freshly made breakfast and lunch items, not to mention the breathtaking panoramic oceanfront views.
