For the adventurer, enjoy the best variety nature has to offer including hiking, fishing, golfing, mountain biking, bird watching and more. Amicalola Falls State Park at Springer mountain (30mi to ESE) - the starting point of the Appalachian Trail, the Aska Adventure Area (25mi ENE) is located nearby as well as the Benton MacKaye Trail (BMTA), only five minutes away!
Indoor amenities include high speed wireless internet, Samsung Smart TV's on every level, foosball table, electronic dart board and stationary exercise bike and many board games and puzzles for your enjoyment.
You will love reclining on the leather sofa with 2 recliners, warmed by the gas-fired, stacked rock fireplace or enjoy smores at the firepit, soaking up the incredible views from each window. Step outside the French doors to the wrap-around covered deck and relax on the two-seater wooden swing. Hear the rushing waters of nearby fighting town creek. For the birdwatchers, many colorful finches and hummingbirds can be heard and seen just yards from the deck.
The master bedroom suite has cathedral ceiling and a gas log fireplace. Sleep comfortably on the cozy king size bed. French doors lead to another private covered deck to see more awesome mountain views and breathtaking sunsets! A large jetted tub, separate shower, and walk-in closet complete the suite.
