Welcome to The River Bend Abode, the adventure travelers dream! This condo is Unit C, which is 1 of 3 units on the property that’s located right outside of Huntsville City limits, only 1/8 of a mile from the Tennessee River. Do you work at Redstone Arsenal, this property is only 3 miles to the Gate-3 entrance. It is also close to Monte Sano state park hiking, the Go Far USA Park, biking trails at Bell Mountain Park green way and Screaming Eagle Aerial Zip lining at Lake Guntersville. Only a short drive to the medical district & downtown Huntsville nightlife too.
This craftsman style brick home was fully remodeled in 2021! Within your private entrance, you will also find a private condo, extra measures were taken to add both a fire barriers and sound barriers between the homes. Each condo has new designer furnishings, artwork, and ecliptic décor. We’ve also created an intimate conversation piece, it’s a fire pit where you can warm up on brisk nights with your favorite glass of wine out back.
The whole place is yours! This is a 1 bedroom condo has 1 Queen bed in the only bedroom & 1 pull out sleeper sofa Queen bed in the living room, it also has 1 bathroom, a full-size kitchen, an open concept living room.There are extra pillows and blankets for anyone sleeping in the living room.
Kitchen: The chef kitchen features solid wood shaker cabinets & granite countertops, full-size appliances, a coffee station, natural light, stocked pan/dishes and utensils! Please remember you will need to bring your own food for preparation.
Bathroom: The bathroom has an access through the kitchen. The bathroom is all you’ll need, coming equipped with hair dryer, ceramic straightener, makeup mirror and a basket of essential in case you left anything at home! It features a full-size acrylic tub, shower, storage closet and updated modern ceramic tile.
Living Room: The living room seats about 3-5 people and has a large 4k Smart TV with some streaming services available to you, Disney+, ESPN+ HULU and live channels. Please feel free to add any of your personal apps to the home screen and enjoy! You will find an open concept living room with hardwoods throughout, oversized storage closet, dinning table and a desk for any office work you might have . Note* Living room sofa is a pullout sleeper sofa, it can accommodate 2 guests.
Bedrooms: The master bedroom features a Queen size bed with large closet and black out curtains. Expect a few extra pillows and throws for any visitors or cold nights! The bed has a memory foam mattresses / toppers and 100% cotton sheets for your comfort.
Yard and Parking. Don't bring Fido... The yard is a small low maintenance greenery that will be up kept by our staff and it is not enclosed fully. Note* our facility is non-smoking inside so please only smoke on the front or back of the unit. To access this backyard you will go through the kitchen. The Unit C parking is located right out front of the Unit, near the two car garage.
Don’t bother with the laundry mat, a full-size walk-in utility room is off the back of the house for everyone’s convenience. This is a self-service, public access, washer & dryer room that all our guests can share. We generally have some cleaning detergent on-site for your convenience.
This property sits off of highway 231 South, it is fenced in and has an expansive front yard for green space. The parking is free and located on the front and side of the house. We provide pest control, lawn care, electric and water, some streaming services on the TVs, high speed internet and the condo comes fully furnished. We look forward to earning your 5-star review!
