The villa offers five bedrooms:
Main Level: One suite with a double bed and two bedrooms with twin beds, all featuring air conditioning.
Basement Level: One bedroom with two single beds (each convertible into two, totaling four single beds) and another bedroom with three single beds.
- Bathrooms
Four bathrooms ensure convenience for all:
One guest bathroom;
Two with bathtubs;
One with a shower.
Important note: The house is equipped with a water heater. To ensure a comfortable shower, we recommend using only one bathroom at a time.
Ongoing renovation works in the condominium; no timetable for completion.

Upstairs: A bright and airy living room with direct access to the garden, a TV, a comfortable sofa, air conditioning, and a dining table.
Basement: A second cozy living room equipped with a TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of fun.

The pools are shared with the resort and are open from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. They are closed from November to March.

For your comfort and flexibility, our Hospitality Team will provide a self-check-in at the property. A code will be informed to open the lockbox and collect the keys. To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the apartment with at least 48 hours in advance. The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important.

With a fantastic location by the sea, you can enjoy access to a tennis and paddle court (extra cost), a multi-game court, playgrounds, outdoor pools, restaurants and supermarket (from April to October). Easily access the beach through an elevator built on the cliff or by stairs.Just 2 km from the small fishing village of Alvor and Praia da Rocha, 5 km from Portimão and 75 km from Faro airport.
If you are arriving by plane from Faro Airport, the best option to reach the apartment is by car. Taxi or Uber are also possibilities to get to the property, but for a faster and easier arrival, book our Airport Transfer Service (subject to an extra cost).

To ensure a comfortable arrival, we provide a welcome set of basic items, including first-day toiletries and toilet paper. Please note that these are complimentary and intended for your arrival only - replacements or refills will not be provided during your stay. Kitchen supplies such as salt, pepper, or oil are not included and should be purchased by guests.

Bed and bath linens are provided based on the number of guests in your reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, we’ll provide an additional set of bed and bath linens free of charge at check-in.
￫ Cleaning Services
The cleaning fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Additional cleanings or fresh linens can be arranged during your stay for an extra fee, with requests made at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in begins at 16:00, and only one set of keys will be provided.
Check-out is until 10:00. Please ensure the keys are placed in the designated lockbox before departure.
￫ Key Policy
Guests are responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. Should a specialized technician be required to open the door or repair the lock due to key loss or damage, guests will bear the associated costs. A penalty fee will apply for lost keys.

Cribs and high chairs are available upon request for an additional fee.
￫ Resort Facilities
Please note that seasonal facilities such as restaurants, supermarkets, and pools are subject to varying operating hours. Pools may occasionally close for maintenance without prior notice from the condominium.
