The house has open plan living kitchen and dining with open fireplace and portable electric heating and the lounge room has an air conditioner and ceiling fan.
The kitchen is well equipped with electric cooking and microwave oven and there is a great dining table for 6. Tv, dvd/video and cd player provide the inside entertainment. Polished timber floors in the living areas for easy cleaning and carpeted bedrooms. The house has a lovely comfortable feel. There is a family bathroom and additional ensuite off the main bedroom.
Laundry facilities include a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The property is mostly fenced with a huge decking area partially covered, looking out on to a lovely garden area. There is a gas bbq and an outdoor setting perfect for outdoor entertaining.
Grab your surfboard as it is an easy 10 minute walk to the surf beach.
