The Ideal Spot is pet friendly! It would be appreciated if pets could be kept off the furniture. Please note a fee of $200 will be charged if pet droppings are left around the property.

The Ideal Spot is fully equipped with all your bedroom and bathroom linen, however you will need to supply your own beach towels.
Wifi:
The Ideal Spot does supply complimentary Wi-fi for your stay.
Security Deposit
A refundable $500 security bond is required for all bookings. This will be processed on your arrival day, or 24–48 hours prior if you're arriving on a public holiday. (Note – this does not apply for Airbnb bookings)

• Check-In: From 2:00 PM, or 3:00 PM during peak periods (school holidays, Christmas, Easter, and public holidays)
• Check-Out: strictly 10:00 AM during peak periods
If you're arriving outside of the peak times, early check-in may be possible—contact us at least 24 hours in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate you
