Lots of close restaurants and shopping close by. Completely remodeled house with lots of mill work, upgrades throughout. No carpet. 5 minutes away from I35. Plenty of parking and sits on .55 acres so plenty of room for the kids to play. Absolutely no pets or smoking inside the house or there will be a $250 few added to your stay. I am a realtor.
