All linens for bedding, towels and washcloths are provided. Paper goods such as toilet paper and paper towels are provided. The kitchen has dishes, cups, utensils, cookware, microwave, and coffee maker. Simply bring your clothes, toiletries and food. Washer and dryer are available.
AWD or 4WD is required year round. The driveway is very steep and is a mountainous road. The HOA does not plow the road until at least four inches of snow have fallen. Must have a 4WD to access the home in the winter!
Guests do not have access to the two sheds located near the house.

There is a 15mph speed limit for safety on the private road and for road preservation.
Firearms are prohibited for discharge while on the property.
Dogs are not allowed to be off leash at this property.
