Positive: Inside the house was nice the pool is pretty small but kids still loved it.

Negative: The bbq area was to enclosed so when You are cooking it’s constantly burning your eyes the range hood doesn’t work properly. Ran out of gas straight away and went to swap over gas bottle but they had the spare bottle with wrong thread so had to take it to the servo and swap it for correct bottle. The pontoon and seat is absolutely covered in pelican and seagull poo it is filthy and stinks. The board walk to the pontoon needs boards replaced they are rotting 1 broke from one of the kids walking down it and another was about to break. There are no pans to cook with in the kitchen was only pots, wasn’t very well equipped. Dryer door was broken so couldn’t use it. Only has a double bed in the master bedroom so not comfortable sleeping next to my partner. The ceiling fan in master bedroom constantly squeaks and shakes and was horrible to listen to. The ac control box lcd is broken it just constantly flickers and you couldn’t see the settings the ac was on when trying to change temp/fan speed. The house needs a good going over and lots of things fixed/replaced.

Summary: Wouldn’t stay again till all the problems were fixed
