Sun room, den/TV room, large living with gas fireplace and dinning room, large deck with outdoor seating and lounge chairs. Great dock with seating and swim ladder. Gradual sandy entrance to water. All located on private water front with beach. Water views from most rooms. Beautiful sunsets. Close to down hill and X country skiing. Many extras including, fire pit, kayaks, stand up paddle boards, canoe, washer and dryer, gas grill, WiFi and outdoor furniture. Great get away in all seasons. The house sleeps 10 people but discounts given for small groups.
Perfect place for summer retreat, winter get away (one hour to Sunday River Ski area) or family reunion. Holiday weekend rates available.
